What the store data says
Steam's platform flags for Hood Warfare 2 are windows: true, mac: false, linux: false. There is no PlayStation Network listing.
Why it is PC only
Trapstar Games is a small studio and self-publishes the game. Console ports require dev kits, certification and a separate build pipeline, which most small teams skip at launch.
What to do instead
If you only own a PS5, you cannot play it today. Watch the developer's Steam news feed — if a console version is ever announced, it will appear there first.
